I travel for work throughout the US, when I am in need of maintenance on my extensions it is hard to find stylists that will "touch" other stylists work. You did not hesitate to help me! Which then moves me as the client to purchase more hair for new extensions! I am extremely grateful for salons like you!

Our stylist was amazing throughout the consultation all the way to my extension install! She was prepared, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a professional with everything she did. I will definitely be recommending our stylist and Fluff Bar, and become a regular. Of course it was expensive but the quality I received was the best I've gotten at a hair salon.

The customer service was great! The expertise, knowledge, friendliness, and experience of your stylist is a 10! She delivered not only the best instal but also an amazing experience! The salon itself is beautiful and extremely well ran! The overall experience is definitely a 10!!! – The only thing that brought it down to a 9 is the pricing. I've had Extentions done for years all over the Country. And I've never had it to be where if you want 10 more tape ins you have to pay for an entirely new pkg.

I liked that Eve wasn't trying to sale me more then I needed and she had my hair ordered and me out the door in no time. and she is super sweet.

I came in for a consultation and was first impressed with the spaciousness and comfortability of Fluff Bar's space. My consultation was with our stylist who answered all my questions (and made me feel comfortable about asking dumb ones) and addressed my concerns honestly. I felt as if she were working with me to determine if this was a good fit and not like our stylist was simply trying to sell a product. It was a (refreshingly unusual!) true consultation, not a high-pressure sales pitch. I appreciated her candor a great deal.

The salon is lovely and the stylists are friendly. Our stylist was very knowledgeable about extensions and efficiently fixed the “issue” with my current style, and provided helpful insight to deal with my hair moving forward. She was really terrific!

Fluff bar gets it. They greeted me cheerfully upon arrival, offered me a seat on a comfy couch and a glass of champagne while I filled out my consultation questionnaire and waited for my stylist, our stylist. Our stylist sat and talked with me for as long as I needed before we finalized a plan for some extensions to give my hair more fullness. When she didn't think the color matched just right she asked for my permission to color and tone them before applying and it took her no time at all! After they were applied she styled my hair and celebrated my new look with me, making me feel so good about my decision. Our stylist really knows what she's doing yet have me the freedom to choose what I wanted. I really appreciated her care and the experience I had at fluff. Can't wait to go back!
